Your shipping fee for purchases varies according to the country and the number of products. You can see the cargo amount by selecting the country in the cart or on the purchasing screen. With our contracted PTS and Aramex cargo companies, we deliver anywhere in the world within 1 week to 10 days. (Delivery time may vary depending on your shipping preference.)
On Buykanat.com, you can pay for your orders to your overseas delivery address with Paypal, credit card or debit card. For purchases of 1000 € or more, you can contact our customer service and get information about our Wester Union payment option. Your basket amount is calculated from the exchange rate valid on the day you place your order.
You have the right to return your orders to your abroad address, but you do not have the right to change. If you are dissatisfied with your product, first of all, contacting our customer service to report the problem will help us to prevent the same situation from repeating your next shopping. The product you will return must have undamaged package, not used, damaged as a result of usage error, and its resalability feature must be intact. Returned product; You must send it with all the accessories shipped with it. The courier company you receive for your shipment is mandatory, and you cannot send with any shipping company you prefer (International returns must be sent via PTS or Aramex.). In order for the returned package to be clearer in the cargo operation, we recommend that you choose the English Return Form and place it in your package pocket so that it does not fall off the package. The cost of returning your return cargo belongs to you (the customer).
