Therefore, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 and secondary regulations for the following purposes and legal reasons:

Customer Service: We provide customer service from our call center in order to facilitate purchasing and to meet your requests regarding the services we offer. Your personal data that you share with our customer service employees during communication is processed in order to respond to your request.

• The cases where personal data are processed for the resolution of disputes are based on the legal reason for the establishment, use or protection of a right specified in Article 5/2 (e) of the Law.
• Marketing and advertising activities can be carried out based on the legal reason of explicit consent specified in Article 5/1 of the Law.
• Activities based on the improvement of services and customer satisfaction and communication purposes are carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest legal grounds regulated under Article 5/2 (f) of the Law.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purpose of completing and managing your purchases on the Buykanat website, it shares your personal data with the cargo company in Turkey or abroad to the extent necessary.

YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA OWNER

By applying to Buykanat as data owner;

• If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
• To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transactions made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

• In the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to Buykanat in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Officer, Buykanat will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible (within 30 (thirty) days at the latest). However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, Buykanat may charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
